Jazz/Tap/Ballet For Children Ages 7-12
Each Jazz, Tap, or Ballet Class is a specifically designed dance instruction for bigger kids from 7 to 12 years old, boys and girls. Dance students benefit from the training, balance, coordination and social skills these art forms have to offer. Jazz, tap dance and ballet lessons at this level are 1 hour long, 1 day a week. Your child can specialize in his or her favorite dance form or forms. Basic ballet training is essential to all derivative dance styles and develops a sensitivity to—and awareness of—poise, grace and presentation.
Not only beneficial to dance, the physical skills and muscular training acquired from these dance lessons and our style of instruction will help your little sports enthusiast to excel in team sports like baseball, soccer, football and field hockey. Our Jazz Classes, Tap Dance Classes and Ballet Classes introduce your little performer to a variety of styles, giving him or her a well-rounded education and knowledge of these particular art forms. This approach to these integral fundamentals prepares the student for the demanding commitment required to achieve higher levels within each discipline.

Jazz
Girls: Burgundy leotard, tan tights, tan jazz shoes; Optional girls: Black fitted shorts over leotard.
Boys: Black shorts, white t-shirt and black jazz shoes.
Tap
