Jazz!
We are proud to offer some of the best dance classes in New Jersey, and Jazz is one of them. Our Jazz class is fused with modern dance and ballet. These classes are directed toward giving each student a solid Jazz dance foundation that focuses on the use of exercises that comprise a full body warm-up. Jazz teaches you how to work from the core of your body. Additionally, the use of stretch and strength exercises promotes coordination, proper body alignment and execution.
This class introduces the dancer to a variety of styles. It is a fun way to learn vocabulary, build technique, strengthen your core center and get your mind and body in shape. Other styles that are introduced to our Bergen County students are Lyrical, Latin, and Hip Hop. We urge our Jazz dancers to compliment these classes with our formal Ballet training. The serious-minded dance student will see the value in acquiring the posture, flexibility, grace, coordination and technique that Ballet has to offer the Jazz dancer.

Important Class Information
REQUIRED DANCE ATTIRE
Girls: Burgundy leotard with black bottom (shorts or leggings), tan tights, tan jazz shoes.
Boys: Black shorts, white t-shirt and black jazz shoes.
